Your Poway family dentist, Dr. Joe N.T. Nguyen is completely committed to you and your health. He genuinely cares for his patients, so much so that he has designed his office specifically for patient convenience and care.

I have been working in the dental field for over 16 years and have been with Dr. Joe’s office since 2009. I love the knowledge, kindness, and excellent skill of Dr. Joe that enables us to provide the best dental care possible.

My favorite part of working with our team is getting to learn new things about the practice of dentistry and working with our lovely patients. This office definitely feels like family!

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, our son and our dog Nash. We enjoy going to the beach, parks, camping, hiking, and working out.

I’ve been in the dental field for six years.

I served nine years of active duty in the United States Navy, where I met my husband. We have two beautiful children and our boxer, Miss Ava Mae.

I have been a registered dental hygienist since 1991 and graduated from Loma Linda University.

I grew up in Poway and have lived in Temecula since 1993. I have 2 grown daughters and love the beach, travel, and Angels baseball.

Originally from North Carolina, I have been a dedicated registered dental hygienist for over nine years. I currently teach part-time at the Southwestern College Dental Hygiene Program, where I enjoy mentoring the next generation of dental professionals. In addition to teaching, I own and operate a portable hygiene practice focused on serving the elderly—a population I am deeply passionate about supporting with compassionate, quality care.

I am proud to be part of Dr. Joe’s team, where a shared commitment to excellence and patient-centered care drives everything we do.

Outside of work, I treasure time with my family. My husband and I are proud parents to two wonderful sons and share our home with two beloved dogs.

I graduated from San Joaquin Valley College in 2014 and have been practicing for the last ten years in the Bay Area. My family and I relocated to sunny San Diego at the beginning of 2024, and we love it!

I absolutely love being a hygienist and helping make a difference in my patients’ dental health. Making all my patients feel comfortable is what I strive for since I know not a lot of people enjoy coming to see us.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and our two dogs. I have two wonderful children who keep me very busy with all their sports and various activities…and I enjoy being their #1 cheerleader!

I was born in Chişinău, Moldova and raised in Seattle, Washington. I’ve been living in San Diego since 2012.

I got into dentistry a couple years ago through a good friend.

Best part of my job is working with a friendly team to better help and treat our patients.

Outside of the office I like to spend time with my friends and family trying new coffee shops. Also, I enjoy swimming, reading, and cooking.
