Meet Dr. Joe N.T. Nguyen
Your Poway family dentist, Dr. Joe N.T. Nguyen is completely committed to you and your health. He genuinely cares for his patients, so much so that he has designed his office specifically for patient convenience and care.
Meet Dr. Emmanuel Delagrammaticas
Dr. Emmanuel Delagrammaticas earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Georgetown University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and earning membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national honorary dental fraternity.
Election to Omicron Kappa Upsilon is limited to no more than twelve percent of a graduating class and recognizes outstanding scholarship, exemplary character, and potential for future achievement.
Dr. Delagrammaticas is also a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (F.A.G.D.) and has served as an Associate Clinical Instructor at UCLA School of Dentistry.

For more than 40 years, Dr. Emmanuel Delagrammaticas has enjoyed serving patients in the community. Through continuing education and state-of-the-art technology, he and his team are committed to providing the highest level of care for every patient and family they serve.
In his spare time, Dr. Delagrammaticas enjoys running and cycling to stay active. I enjoy spending time with my wife and keeping up with our four grandchildren.

Office Manager
I have been working in the dental field for over 16 years and have been with Dr. Joe’s office since 2009. I love the knowledge, kindness, and excellent skill of Dr. Joe that enables us to provide the best dental care possible.
My favorite part of working with our team is getting to learn new things about the practice of dentistry and working with our lovely patients. This office definitely feels like family!
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, our son and our dog Nash. We enjoy going to the beach, parks, camping, hiking, and working out.

I’ve been in the dental field for six years.
I served nine years of active duty in the United States Navy, where I met my husband. We have two beautiful children and our boxer, Miss Ava Mae.

My hobbies are going to the beach and also doing makeup on myself and my friends.
Registered Dental Hygienist
I have been a registered dental hygienist since 1991 and graduated from Loma Linda University.
I grew up in Poway and have lived in Temecula since 1993. I have 2 grown daughters and love the beach, travel, and Angels baseball.

Originally from North Carolina, I have been a dedicated registered dental hygienist for over nine years. I currently teach part-time at the Southwestern College Dental Hygiene Program, where I enjoy mentoring the next generation of dental professionals. In addition to teaching, I own and operate a portable hygiene practice focused on serving the elderly—a population I am deeply passionate about supporting with compassionate, quality care.
I am proud to be part of Dr. Joe’s team, where a shared commitment to excellence and patient-centered care drives everything we do.
Outside of work, I treasure time with my family. My husband and I are proud parents to two wonderful sons and share our home with two beloved dogs.
Registered Dental Hygienist
My name is Rachel Bonin, I was born in Denver, Co, and grew up in San Diego. I have over 6 years of experience in the dental field with a little more than 2 years of clinical practice as a Dental Hygienist. After receiving my Associates in Dental Hygiene I went on to obtain my Bachelors of Dental Hygiene Degree from West Los Angeles College in 2022.
When I am not in the dental office I enjoy spending time with my family, getting outdoors, fishing, going to the beach, hanging out cooking, and baking with my three daughters!
As a dental hygienist I put high standards on working alongside patients to provide comprehensive dental care. Seeing my patients healthy and improvements in overall, as well as, oral health is truly the best part of this career!! I enjoy working in Dr Joe’s office, I can rest easy knowing that the team that I am working with is professional, caring, and treating patients with the care that they would provide to family members!

I graduated from San Joaquin Valley College in 2014 and have been practicing for the last ten years in the Bay Area. My family and I relocated to sunny San Diego at the beginning of 2024, and we love it!
I absolutely love being a hygienist and helping make a difference in my patients’ dental health. Making all my patients feel comfortable is what I strive for since I know not a lot of people enjoy coming to see us.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and our two dogs. I have two wonderful children who keep me very busy with all their sports and various activities…and I enjoy being their #1 cheerleader!

I was born in Chişinău, Moldova and raised in Seattle, Washington. I’ve been living in San Diego since 2012.
I got into dentistry a couple years ago through a good friend.
Best part of my job is working with a friendly team to better help and treat our patients.
Outside of the office I like to spend time with my friends and family trying new coffee shops. Also, I enjoy swimming, reading, and cooking.
